Welcome to bright & cosy, hotel style suite-apartment located in the heart of historic Annex neighbourhood. Fully furnished & equipped, ready to live in and cannabis friendly. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony which is accessible directly from the apartment.


This one bedroom self-contained apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an Edwardian house, overlooking a tree lined street, giving you the feeling of living in a quiet neighbourhood with the convenience of living in the centre of the city.


Ideal for visitors, travelling professionals, intern/students looking for rental with NO long term lease. Suitable for a single or a couple.


Available for rental with minimum of 30 days.


The one bedroom apartment has open concept living room/kitchen/dining area with separate bedroom and direct access to private balcony.


Fully furnished and equipped with all the necessities for your stay:

Living room includes: sofa, coffee table, large office desk, chair, smart 42" TV, Netflix (No cable TV), air conditioner unit.

Bedroom includes: queen size bed (bedsheets, duvet) and large wardrobe closet.

Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, two burner stove (no oven), microwave, pans & pots, cooking utensils, cups & dishes.

Bathroom; bath/shower, sink, toilet, plus towels.


Approximately 500 Sq Ft. Note that the apartment is located on the first floor of an Edwardian house, and requires climbing stairs. There are three other independent units in the building.


Coin laundry/dryer in basement (shared).


Located: five minutes walk to Dupont subway station or ten minutes walk to Spadina subway station. There is NO parking at the premises, but you can purchase temporary on street parking from the city.


We require government issued ID to be shown prior to check in to confirm identity and age of all guests.


Consumables are not included.

Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be required to verify yourself with SUPERHOG.

About Your Host:

We're a cannabis friendly family and we live in the same house where the separate apartment is located. You're always welcome to chat to us and one of us could give you local tips and information to enjoy your stay in Toronto. Three of our family members are young starting artists including a tattoo artist and a glass sculptor, so if you're looking to get inked or would like a custom made dry pipe made that could be arranged during your stay. One of our family members used to work in TV, media industry and most of our family members speak fluent Japanese.

The Annex neighborhood of the old City of Toronto is located in the heart of the city. We're steps away from public transport, local restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

On arrival all guests are met in person by the host or family member of the host. We require that guest show their government issued ID to confirm identity of guests and their age.

Check-in : 05:00 PM

Check-out : 01:00 PM

HOUSE RULES

Guests are asked to take off their shoes at the apartment and not not to walk in shoes anywhere inside the apartment.

HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

At check-in we like to meet our guests in person, but other then that we leave the guest to themselves. That said we're always up for a chat if the guest likes to get to know us more or find out any information.

CANCELLATION

Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.

Identification

Don't forget to bring your government issued, photo ID as your host may want to check it.
