Room 3A is on the top floor of the Mimos Coliving Spadina 11 Guesthouse located at 11 Spadina Road at Bloor. At the top of the third floor stairs, turn left. Walk down the hall and the room door is the last door on the right. This bright and airy room has a private balcony and windows that overlook the vibrant Spadina Road.
The room has a large wardrobe with hangers, a double size bed, fluffy pillows, comfy throw cushions, crisp white sheets and duvet, a desk, a lamp, a mini fridge, a vertical mirror, fluffy white bath and face towels. A ceiling fan, air conditioner unit and hot water heat will keep you comfortable all year round.
Your private ensuite features a modern shower with double glass doors, sink, toilet, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
In the event of a fire, follow the fire protocols listed on the back of your door. If safe to do so, evacuate the floor by stepping out of your room and turn left, walk to the end of the hall to the fire exit and exit down the fire escape to the backyard.
Please note our house backs onto the famous and historic Madison Pub, popular with the university crowd. In addition, the University and Bloor subway lines run below the house. The white noise is part of the charm in this historic house built in the 1870's. Earplugs are available upon request at no charge.
Smoking is permitted on the private balcony. Please be considerate to clean any ashes.

Spadina and Bloor is a vibrant intersection of the city. You can see the CN Tower from the intersection! We are close to the University of Toronto, Yorkville, Kensington Market, Chinatown, museums, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, wine shops, parks and so much more. You'll be able to find anything you are looking for and we are just steps away from the Spadina subway/street car station.

The front door is locked with a code system. Message me in advance and I'll make sure I'm here to let you in. Deliveries and attendees can enter through the secret private side gate.

HOUSE RULES
This is a coliving house with many rooms in it and many shared, common areas including a co-working/collaboration lounge, exhibit space/stations in the hallways, a full kitchen with two sinks, backyard, sidewalk cafe area, reading area, meditation area and games room. You are welcome to book any of the shared spaces for a private or semi-private function. Please be respectful of other guests.
CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
Identification
Don't forget to bring your government issued, photo ID as your host may want to check it.
