Beautiful room in the heart of Toronto
Relax in luxury with fast wifi, a giant TV, in a great location.
Experience true Toronto in this century home built in 1890 on a quiet street, just steps away from the dynamic intersection of Bloor and Spadina. This gorgeous room is furnished with a beautiful Indian hardwood Queen sized bed, two bed tables, and a set of drawers. Lie in bed and stream your favourite movies on the smart TV mounted on the wall or listen to music on the bluetooth speaker.
The windows face West where the sun streams in late afternoon. To block out the light there is a blind that manually needs to be pulled down. There is a lock on the inside of the door.
The four story house has four bedrooms, a living room with huge wall mounted TV, rocking chair, and board games, dining room with large open space to practise yoga (yoga mats provided), and only one bathroom. Showers are hot and fluffy towels provided!
Smoking is permitted outside of the house on the front porch, on the bench in the front garden. A minor lives on the premises so no loud noice after 11pm. There are also three cats who are very friendly but fair warning - there is cat hair around.
A couple things to caution - the house was built in 1890 so it has the mouldings and charms of another world. This is lovely but it also has creaky floors, hot water / radiator heating, and no air conditioning. The winter can be drafty and the summer is very hot. The street is quiet at night despite being so close to a main street with bars, clubs, grocery store, restaurants, billiards, live music and so much more. The subway is just steps away.
There are many dispensaries steps away although I will be providing some of my own cannabis to share so it's here when you arrive.

This is hands down the best neighbourhood in Toronto. In just steps away, there is a grocery store, several coffee shops, Japanese noodle house, Caribbean roti shop, Pizza, Italian, Mediterranean, Sushi, book store, walk in health clinic, live music and so much more. We are one and a half blocks away from the University of Toronto campus, the Royal Ontario Museum and Royal Conservatory of Music. a few more blocks and you'll find the Art Gallery, Kensington Market, Little Italy, and Yorkville. Toronto is a great walking city and you're right in the heart of it here. Steps from the Spadina/Bloor subway.

Also in this house we don't allow Guests who are not registered with us in advance. We do not permit outside people into the house as a protective measure for other guests and our family.
HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
You are welcome to come and go, and use the house as you please however I do live on the premises as does my daughter. It's a large enough home to get lost in so we won't be stepping on each other.
CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
