The loft is filled with unquestionable old school character and comfortable finishings. The spacious 2600 square feet is perfect for large families or large group getaways. The space is full of natural light from the large windows in every room and beautiful 13-foot ceilings. Starting with the 3 spacious bedrooms, the 3 bathrooms and finally open concept living/dining area everything is made to fit the trendy neighbourhood.


The open concept living/dining area includes a table that seats 16, a large couch that sleeps three, smart TV, and access to cable.


The kitchen should provide you with everything you need during you stay. It is equipped with the following items: dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware, and a wine cooler.


Three bedrooms are available in the loft:


•The first one comes with a king-sized bed and a pull out.

•The second one comes with two queen-sized beds, a closet, two nightstands, and a flat screen TV with a pull out

•The third one includes two bunk beds that sleeps four


The loft also comes equipped with washer and dryer. This space is the perfect home away from home.


Guest access

No room is off limits to the guests. Laundry is available inside the space.


Other things to note

Access from the Pearson international airport:


Take the UP Express train that goes straight from the airport to Union Station located in the heart of downtown Toronto ($12 fare). From there you can use the Subway to Osgoode station and then switch to the streetcar (301, 501), which will take you straight to the apartment.


If you’d prefer a more direct route, you could take a taxi or Uber

About the Neighbourhood

The trendy Bell Trinity neighbourhood is located on Queen St West which has received recognition locally and worldwide as one of the coolest places to live. Right next to the apartment is the Trinity-Bellwoods Park, one of Toronto’s largest parks. It includes a recreation center (indoor pools, fitness center, indoor walking/running track, and multi-purpose rooms), a volleyball court, a playground, several tennis courts, and an outdoor skating rink in the winter. You can also enjoy a lot of green spaces to either practice other activities or simply rest and enjoy the view.West Queen West is also home to many amazing restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. I personally recommend you to try out Rose and Sons Swan, Fresh on Crawford, and Frankie’s. If you are interested in art and culture, there are plenty of art galleries in the surroundings. Come experience the neighbourhood right in the heart of Queen West!

My place is not a party house it is a home and should be treated as such. Guests should refrain from any activity that could lead to noise complaints. I have rules in place to keep my home safe and to be respectful to my community and neighbours. No Unauthorized guests ( all guests must be registered through well ahead of checking in) No smoking inside my home ($1000 FINE will apply)No loud noise after 11PMAbsolutely no parties !No Pets allowed If your guests are not registered through Airbnb and the houserules are not confirmed ahead of your stay, your reservation will be cancelled and a refund will NOT be issued.Not abiding by these rules will lead to immediate removal from the property and loss of deposits.Please make sure all garbage and recycling is securely BAGGED and disposed of in the bins at the back of the property. Thank you for your cooperation and please enjoy your stay.

Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
