Our regenerative farm is nestled in the rolling hills of South Santa Cruz county offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, wildlife, and our hügelkultur cannabis garden.

We’re passionate about inspiring guests to live life more regeneratively. Enjoy views of rolling hills, wildlife, and our regenerative Hugelkulter vegetable & Cannabis farm. Take a dip in the pool or sit back and relax on our wrap around porch while listening to the abundance of birds. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a fireplace and two wood fire ovens, perfect for a romantic weekend or gathering with friends and family. We are minutes away from beaches and Santa Cruz mountain wineries.

Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be required to verify yourself with SUPERHOG.

We’re passionate about inspiring guests to live life more regeneratively. Our home is equipped with hand towels instead of paper towels and composting bucket for your vegetable scraps that we compost for later use in our small home garden to turn into nutrients for the plants.

Our farm the best of both worlds: peace & serenity in a location convenient for enjoying the incredible culinary scene of northern California. Located in South Santa Cruz County, in the hills of the Pajaro Valley, a perfect destination for beach, nature, and wine lovers! The farm is located 10 miles to the nearest beach (Pajaro Dunes), 9.4 miles to Corralitos wine region, 14 miles to the Santa Clara wine region, 7.4 miles to Mt Madonna County Park with hiking trails and horseback riding, and 23 miles to downtown Santa Cruz and Wharf. Watsonville has some of the best authentic Mexican cuisine. Monterey & Moss landing are close by have fresh seafood right from the Monterey Bay. Take a day trip to Big Sur and enjoy the California rugged coast for the day.

HOUSE RULES

1. guests are not allowed to enter the garden without a tour guide.Garden area is under surveillance. Please contact the host for details on how to set up a farm tour a week prior to your arrival to ensure availability and schedule a time.2. please remove shoes upon entering the home3. please do not leave wet towels on wood floor4. please do not flush wipes, paper towels, or tampons as we have a very sensitive septic tank.5. no parties, excessive noise, or events allowed.POOL RULESNo diving in poolNo Glass around pool area, please use plastic cups provided.Please leave door closed after pool use. Turn off the hot tub jets and heater immediately after use (do not leave running for future use as this will deplete the gas needed for your stay. emergency fill is an extra $300 delivery fee.Do not feed the farm cat (Bagheera) pronounced -Bag-here-ahh-The farm Manager feeds her daily and we want her to catch gophers! Please do not move furniture from its original location.Please place trash in the appropriate place/container1. Recycle2. Compost3. Regular trashPlease take good care of the books and return to the library after use. Those books were dedicated to the home by Cristine and Illeana who were dear friends. Do not feed local wildlife.Please keep home tidy and return the home in the same condition as when you arrived.Thank you

HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

I give my guests space but am available when needed. The farm is a working farm and the owners and farm Manager usually tend to the gardens (seperate from the home) Monday-Friday.Please text the host with any questions and let them know if you need any help with the home.

CANCELLATION

Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.

Don't forget to bring your government issued, photo ID as your host may want to check it.
