H.E.R.Studio is a beautifully crafted rentable tiny studio located on a micro family farm on Vancouver Island
H.E.R.Studio's Educational lounge comfortable sits 4 - 6 guests and is fully equipped with a large screen TV for presentations and zoom views, wifi, and a private space where consumption is fully accepted and encouraged.
Our unique, one of a kind eco structure on wheels houses a fully equipped co-working studio with the purpose of hosting HEALERS, EDUCATORS & RESEARCHERS in the Earth Medicine space that is rentable for a 4 hour daytime booking. Not for overnight stays. Thank you.
When you book, the time dedicated to your practice is yours without disturbances. Being that it is a tiny house, the space is best utilized privately. For example, if you are a sole practitioner scheduling time in the Healing therapy room to meet with a client, we will not book the Educational lounge until it is free again. When you book the space you have access to the entire tiny studio for your practice.
Plus it is a ganja friendly environment! Note, my personal belongings are situated in H.E.R.Studio so the space and its vibe must be respected.
H.E.R. Studio houses a Therapy room where members can book time to have a digital therapy session with any online healers. This room is also available as a private DJ Booth with its own Rekordbox DJ Mixer available to use on site!
H.E.R.Studio is a friendly and fun Research space where chefs can test out their freshest recipes utilizing our 5-range gas stove and immaculate oven. Both the Educational lounge & Therapy Healing room can be utilized to research and play. We welcome guests to rent time in H.E.R.Studio to create a personally curated and intimate ceremony with earth medicines like psilocybin and cacao.
H.E.R.Studio is situated on a micro family residential farm where we have a gorgeous green space to host private farmer's markets, and a community garden where we might share in the cultivation of agriculture and food locally.
On the property is our family home where we host larger events such as larger ceremonies, along with a guest room available for rent for overnight lodging (subject to availability). *H.E.R.Studio does not offer overnight lodging*.
Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be required to verify yourself with SUPERHOG.Smoking is Permitted

Qualicum Beach is a town located just a short drive from the Nanaimo Ferry Terminal, Parskville & Courtney/Comox Valley. Not only does it have amazing views of the mountains and old growth rainforest, but also a great blend of activities for the foodie too. H.E.R.Studio is walking distance from the beach, to local coffee shops, and to walkable forrests. You would not be surprised to see deer, elk, and bunnies calmly walking next to you or viewable from your drive. H.E.R.Studio is surrounded by tall Pine & Cedar trees, and the sounds of the birds are ever soothing.

HOUSE RULES
Respect for the space and its vibe first and foremost! We do have neighbours who live next door and across the street so we ask for discernment with regards to noise. Smoking is allowed in H.E.R.Studio and outside. Smoking it not allowed in the large home. Facilities are situated in the large space.
HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
H.E.R.Studio is designed to host experiences that are private and comfortable for our guests. I will not be interacting during your session unless you require my services.
CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
