Amenities located on ‘M’ or Mezzanine floor through the residential elevators. Press fob against sensor and select ‘M’. Once out of the elevator turn right and walk toward door. Press the fob against the sensor on the left of the door, door will unlock, push to open.
Pool:
Walk past gym doors to a door located to the right. This will lead you to a launch area with a long red couch. Pass the couch to another door that leads to a floating style elevated bridge. Walk across to the other side and you will be brought into the pool area. Press the fob against sensor located right of the door and pull door open once it unlocks.
Toward the left is the Women’s change room. Men’s change room located a short walk past the women’s change room.
Food Orders:
Please meet delivery food orders in the lobby of 12 York St.
Fold down couch:
There are extra linens located in the mirrored hall closet. Pull back of couch toward you, couch will click. Let back of couch fall back toward windows into a flat position. Pull back of couch up until it clicks to put it back in an upright position.

Hi, I just wanted to give you the check in instructions before your arrival. Please review our key pickup policy below. 12 York St, Toronto, ON M5JOA9 Floor: 10 Unit: 1006 (exit right out of the elevator on floor 10, last unit near stairs) Check in: 4pm-11pm Check out: 10am Wifi Network: 1006_5G Wifi Password: 1112223334 Key Pickup Instructions: Myself or my assistant Jamie will meet you in person for the key exchange. We’ll meet in the lobby of 12 York St. Please confirm your arrival time and whether you will be requiring the parking space. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me at the number below! 647 746 6838 can be texted or called with any questions or concerns, you will reach myself or my assistant Jamie. Please contact us directly do not contact concierge/security. To Enter by Foot: Enter through the 12 York St lobby either from York Street or Grand Trunk Crescent which is the street behind the condominium building. Use the electronic fob and press it against the white sensor positioned on the right of the intercom system in front of the main door. Sensor will turn green and unlock the door. Walk past concierge to your right and turn right. Walk past the parking elevators on the left toward the residential elevators. Low rise elevators are on the left. Enter elevator and press fob against sensor and press ‘10’. Once you exit elevators turn right and then turn left, unit #1006 is the last unit located beside the stairwell. Fob must be used in the residential elevators every time a floor is selected. To Enter by Car: You will be parking in space 133 on p5 Enter the garage located on Grand Trunk Crescent on the right side of the building. Point garage door opener toward garage and press and hold button. Once garage door is opened follow the signs to descend down the ramp from parking level 1 to 2 until you reach 5. Take a right off the ramp and another immediate right. Parking spot is located all the way down toward the exit staircase. ‘133’ is written on the support beam. Entrance to the parking elevators is right beside the ramp. Enter one set of doors and turn left. Press fob against sensor located to the right of another set of doors. Once you enter the parking elevators press ‘G’ for Ground Floor. Once you exit parking elevator turn right toward residential elevators. Select the low rise elevators. Once you enter press fob against sensor and select ‘10’. Exit elevators and turn right and then left to unit #1006. HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

My lodge experience is independent, guest enjoys full private use of apartment unit. Building amenities such as the pool and gym are shared with other residents and visitors.

CANCELLATION

Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
