We’ll meet at the Tim Hortons coffee shop located directly across the street from the building. The address of the Tim Hortons is 340 Front Street West. Please confirm your arrival time and whether you will be requiring the parking space. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me at the number below! 647 746 6838 can be texted or called with any questions or concerns, you will reach myself or my assistant Jamie. Please contact us directly do not contact concierge/security. To Enter by Foot: Enter through the 373 Front St W lobby (left side of the roundabout parking lot) and use the electronic fob labelled ‘Doors/Elevators’ (while aimed at red sensor on your left) to open the door. Walk through the lobby and turn left, walk down the hallway and after a slight right (follow signs for elevators) you will see the elevator doors. Fob must be used in the elevator every time a floor is selected. After pressing fob select ‘22’. Once you have exited the elevator turn right, unit #2201 is all the way at the end. To Enter by Car: You will be parking in space 58 on p3 Enter the roundabout parking lot and head towards the back of the buildings where you will see a garage door to the left. Use the fob labelled GARAGE on the sensor outside the door to the left. Go through this door and down the ramp towards another garage door to the right. Press electronic fob again toward sensor on the left to open second door. Once inside take an immediate right and descend down the ramps from P1 to P2 and than P3. Take a right off the ramp and parking spot 58 is directly in front next to support beam. The entrance to the parking elevators is left of the ramp. Press the fob toward sensor located on the left and doors will automatically open. Once you enter the elevator press fob labelled ‘Doors/Elevators’ toward elevator sensor and press ‘22’, unit #2201 is right once you exit elevators. Amenities: Amenities located on 2nd floor. Once out of the elevator turn right and walk toward door on the right labelled ‘Amenities Foyer Club Vista’. Press the electronic fob labelled ‘Doors/Elevators’ toward sensor on the right of the door, door will automatically open. Gym Walk down to the end of the hallway and the gym will be located on the right hand side, use key fob to gain access into the gym. Pool: Walk past gym doors to glass doors that lead you to a “cat walk” style elevated bridge. Walk across to the other side and you will be brought into the pool area. Toward the left is the Women’s change room. Men’s change room located a short walk past the women’s change room past the pool and toward the right. Entrance to the sauna and pool is located within the change rooms. Food Orders: Please meet delivery food orders in the lobby of 373 Front St West. Pull out couch: There are extra linens in the long part of the couch on the right side toward the windows. To pull couch move coffee table and rug away from couch. Pull the two handles located just under seat cushion. Once fully pulled out pull up cushion until it is level with the couch. HOUSE RULES

No loud music or noise after 11pm. No pets including service animals allowed. No smoking, vaping or use of volcano inside the apartment unit. All smoking, vaping and volcano use permitted on the balcony. All butts and roaches must go into balcony ashtray. Please throw away all garbage and put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Please direct any and all questions or concerns to my assistant Jamie.

HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

My lodging experience is independent, guests enjoy exclusive private use of the condominium apartment including use of the outdoor balcony for all smoking needs. The amenities of the pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, the sauna and the gym are shared with the other residents and visitors of the condominium building.

CANCELLATION

Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
