Pretty beach apartment w/ parking, bikes (Pet friendly!)

Be right on the beach in the best location of LA! For 1 to 4 people, my apartment comes with one parking space and two bikes so you can enjoy 22 miles of bike track by the beach. Best bars/restaurants close by and all hotspots of Venice are at walking distance.

Amazing location a step away to the beach, in between the famous Venice Beach Boardwalk and the best shops/restaurants on Main Street, just one block from trendy Rose Ave. My off-site parking space is available a 4-minute walk away. All surfaces are professionally cleaned and disinfected.

Airy space with tons of character on the ground floor of a cute historical building. Located in a very touristy place, my flat offers an alternative to a hotel stay and provides the amenities you may need for a different sort of traveling experience.

It is a charming beach apartment, clean and perfectly furnished, in a small condominium with three floors. The apartment is located on the ground floor so very easy to access. As the location is right on Venice Beach, the area gets very busy in summer with a lot of animation and it can be noisy sometimes.

The apartment is 650 square feet and has a combination of laminate floor and tiles flooring. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed which sleeps two people comfortably. In the living room, a sofa pulls out to convert to a queen-sized bed that sleeps two people as well.

One bathroom with a shower and a tub, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are provided. A fully-equipped kitchen (four gas burners stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery for four people, cooking utensils). An iron and an ironing board are also available.

We put at your disposal 2 bikes (Mountain bikes) with locks. We provide one off-site parking space in a parking lot a four-minute walk away, and you can also park on the street (parking is free, just check the signs to avoid having a ticket). There are bus stops close-by (on Main St), it is very convenient to use Uber or Lyft and the Bird or Lime scooters to move around.

The check-in procedure is automated so you don't need to worry about late arrivals or having to wait for us at the property. Just let us know your time of arrival and departure prior.

Important to know: as in all the Venice buildings that are directly on the boardwalk, the sound insulation is not optimal and we can hear the noise of the street. If you are a light sleeper or intolerant of the slightest noise, this is not the place for you. There is a camera on the porch outside of the unit that records every motion.

The highlights of this apartment are its incredible location, the two free bikes provided and the fact that there is free parking included, which is a true luxury in Venice Beach.

With the invigorating air of the ocean nearby, the Californian lifestyle and the animated restaurants and bars of Venice Beach, you really feel like being on vacation all year round here...

About the Neighbourhood

Venice boardwalk, Gold's Gym, Rose Ave, Main St, Muscle Beach, the canals, Venice Beach skate park are all at walking distance. The Rose on Rose Ave is a good spot for lunch/brunch, Cafe Gratitude also for vegans, The Waterfront is very close to us and there's always a great ambiance there. Dudley Market is right next to us, good for seafood. On Abbot Kinney, you'll also find great restaurants like The Butcher's Daughter (vegan) and several pot stores like MedMen right next to Roosterfish, the best bar in the street, and other smaller shops with organic weed. There's also the Medical Cannabis Dispensary on Main St.

HOUSE RULES

No parties allowed, sorry!No extra guests who are not booked and paid for allowed. If you want to invite people over, please let me know beforehand. If they stay overnight, you will pay me the $10/night/guest fee.I charge a $10 pet fee per pet per day. You will pay me the pet fee directly after booking. Thanks!There is a video-recording camera on the porch in accordance to Hibnb Guidelines.Please, be discreet and considerate with my neighbors. Thank you.

CANCELLATION

Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.

Identification

Don't forget to bring your government issued, photo ID as your host may want to check it.

PETS

The host allows for Pets at an extra cost.
