Welcome to this spacious 1300 sq ft Boutique loft that can easily host a comfortable stay, If you want to take a break from the city's fine selection of restaurants, the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, oven, as well as cookware. This place is perfect for families, large groups, and business travellers.

The guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Laundry is available inside the space.

This rental comes with complimentary infused beverages and pre-rolls.

The Queen St West neighborhood in Downtown Toronto has received recognition locally and worldwide as one of the coolest places to live. It is located right next to the Trinity-Bellwoods Park, one of Toronto’s largest parks. There, you will find a recreation center (indoor pools, fitness center, indoor walking/running track, and multi-purpose rooms), a volleyball court, a playground, several tennis courts, and an outdoor skating rink in the winter. You can also enjoy a lot of green spaces to either practice other activities or simply rest and enjoy the view.West Queen West is also home to many amazing restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. HOUSE RULES

My place is not a party house it is a home and should be treated as such. Guests should refrain from any activity that could lead to noise complaints. I have rules in place to keep my home safe and to be respectful to my community and neighbours. No Unauthorized guests ( all guests must be registered through well ahead of checking in) For registration all guests must be added to the booking and have verified identification attached to their accounts No smoking inside my home ($1000 FINE will apply)No loud noise after 11PMAbsolutely no parties !No Pets allowed Not abiding by these rules will lead to immediate removal from the property and loss of deposits. Please Confirm these rules ahead of your stay and register all guests through airbnb with verified ID to have a valid booking and receive check in instructions otherwise your booking will be cancelled. There is one camera located in the hallway of the building for security. If smoking on the fire escape please put cigarette butts in the smoking receptacle. Please make sure all garbage and recycling is securely BAGGED and disposed of in the garbage shed on the property. Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
