There is an outdoor shower and sink, and a compost toilet in an outhouse. Maximum capacity of 15 people. Owners live on property in the main house. Goats also live on property. Property connects to NorthernDunes GolfClub. 1min from TimHortons, 7min from SaubleBeach & Wiarton. ALL backgrounds welcome. 420 friendly.
