Ganja Yoga class in Montreal : Cannabis-enhanced yoga practice in a hot yoga room with the creator of the Ganja Yoga : Dee Dussault. A gentle yoga practice focused on nutritious movements for the body. Our mission is to help people from all walks of life experience deep relaxation & safe yoga with the use of plant medicine. 7:00pm - Arrival of the yogis at the studio, we get comfortable, we talk a little, exchange about our wellness journey and how we incorporate plants into our daily life.
We will also use that time to answer all your questions about the plants and we talk about terpenes, extracts, different ways to consumme, how to make the difference inbetween good/bad products, how to reduce your anxiety, CBD/CBN/THC, and so much more...
TEA AND WATER INCLUDED
8:00pm - Beginning of the class, slow movements, relaxation, nothing mandatory, just you on your mat with a high vibe following your intuition
We conclude the practice with a short meditation and make sure everyone is good to go back home safely.
Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and layers AND bring your own.

In 2009, Dee offered her first Ganja Yoga class. Not a single person came. A few years later authored the best-selling Harper Collins book by the same name, and from there started to train others in her methodology of safe yoga plus mindful cannabis. Ganja Yoga has been hosted by MAPS, Emerald Cup, SF State University, and Plant Spirit Medicine Conference. It’s been featured in the New York Times, Business Insider, & Wall Street Journal. Thousands of people in twenty cities (and four countries!) have blazed and bent with Dee, - and hundreds have taken the digital or in-person Ganja Yoga Training (from as far as Hong Kong and Australia). Built entirely organic, with little capital. On a deep spiritual path and aligned with her purpose, Dee has practiced yoga and done personal development work since the mid-90’s. Her 500-hour teacher-training was with Ananda Shakti, in the Tantric Yoga tradition of Swami Satyananda Saraswati & her honors education in sexual studies was at York University. Cynthia is a user of medical cannabis for more than 8 years now but it wasn't until the beginning of 2018 that she decided to start taking an interest in Ganja Yoga, a type of yoga that combines a lot of meditation techniques, but also a knowledge of the plant that goes beyond recreational consumption. Wanting to deepen her teaching methods linking yoga and cannabis, she decided to take the Ganja Yoga training offered by Dee Dussault in Los Angeles. She has since been, more determined than ever, to offer courses, everywhere in Montreal, Canada and the surrounding area, in the form of workshops where subjects such as consumption by micro-dosing, cannabis use for daily stress management and how. creating an environment conducive to mediation, with or without cannabis use, are discussed. She enjoys creating conversations around the Plant medicine which she sees not only as a solution to several ailments, but also as tools to be incorporated into the stress management of today's citizens if used properly. She is more than grateful to be a part of this period of legalization and worldwide changements toward this plant medicine and is more interested than ever in sharing the benefits of this plant that has been used for millennia.
