Psychedelic Facilitator for 6 – 10 people

I provide resources and guidance before, throughout, and after a psychedelic experience to make sure you and your group are feeling safe, centered, and prepared for a big, awesome, life changing experience.

The ceremony itself is a 6-8 hour experience. We start by sitting in a circle and sharing our intentions, and taking the medicine. Throughout the trip, there will be an abundance of good snacks, high-vibe music, and different psychedelic activities. During the ceremony, I have various games, rituals, and ceremonial techniques (such as sound healing) that will amp up the vibe and keep us all in a beautiful flow. Think of it like the most fun day of adult summer camp, mixed with a deep spiritual explosion of positivity 🙃

The end of the ceremony will wind down with another sharing circle, some cozy candles & soup and resting in the gentle afterglow of a memorable journey.

Here are the answers to three frequently asked questions:

How do I avoid a bad trip?

If you're surrounded by safe people in a safe place, you really have nothing to worry about. Psychedelics are considered to be extremely safe from a physiological perspective, and any negative side-effects you've heard about (like flashbacks) are really a PR stint to scare high-schoolers. With that said, psychedelics can sometimes amplify certain anxieties and stressful thought patterns. In this case, having a guide (like myself) nearby, or some good friends you can open up to, will make the difference of your trip being negative and actually having a meaningful breakthrough come from it. All in all, sometimes the hard trips are the best trips, and the people you're with make all the difference. I've guided ceremonies for ~250 people and nobody has had a "bad trip".

How do I know if psychedelics are right for me?

Psychedelics are powerful tools which help you access deeper and more meditative states of awareness. If used properly, they can help release blockages and emotional energy that has been causing stress, anxiety, and even mental illness. I've worked with everyone from college students, to professional athletes, to doctors, and everyone in between. You don't need to be a hippie or believe in any spiritual matters to benefit from this. The main idea is that as long as you're willing to look deeply into yourself, understand who you truly are, and let go of old patterns, then this can be an extremely medicinal and celebratory experience. Humans have been using psychedelics like mushrooms for thousands of years, and there ceremonies are time-honored traditions that help bring us closer to a state of inner peace.

Medically speaking, the major contraindications for psychedelics are pregnancy, actival suicidality,  or having a history of psychosis. These aren't necessarily dealbreakers, but things we would discuss during our preparation call.

What do most people walk away with after the ceremony?

A feeling of lightness. Imagine you've been carrying around a 10-pound emotional brick on your back for years, and finally drop it. It's an amazing feeling. I've worked with people who have quit their addictions after a ceremony, found their purpose in life, made stronger connections with their family and friends, and most importantly, learned to love themselves at a deeper level. It's all about getting in touch with the smooth flow of life, and letting go of any blockages that get in the way. It's a beautiful process and nobody comes out the same person.

This service includes a one hour call to organize logistics, set clear expectations, clarify intentions, discuss dosing and pre-existing health conditions/medications, as well as an *optional* follow up session where we can have a private conversation about what you learned and how to integrate the lessons of the ceremony into your day-to-day life.

Things to keep in mind

The more clear your intention is for why you're doing this, the more you're going to get out of it. Psychedelics tend to give you the experience you ask for, and if you don't ask for anything in specific, your journey is going to be all over the place. Setting intentions - for example, around love, forgiveness, joy, self-trust, acceptance, community, etc. - will make your trip come to life with more meaning and groundedness. Having a daily meditation practice beforehand also goes a long way!
