Always take shoes off in bedrooms or anywhere carpet is. 3. turn lights and water faucets off when not in use in each room or space inside the unit 4. do not flush baby wipes or objects That don’t dissolve in toilet. 5. We have installed a noise monitor and any excessive noise inside or outside the unit in common areas, are grounds for immediate termination of occupancy rights 6. Do not disturb neighbors or other condo owners or access common areas such as the garage or elevator or any other space that does not directly access unit 1 front door. 7. Do not leave your belongings, luggage or any items outside the gate or by the mail box area 8. Please Gather your trash and leave at the front door inside the unit before checking out.
