Bay Shore Beach Lodge in Highlands isn’t your everyday shore house. We designed the Lodge to maximize luxury and comfort so that your shore stay is as memorable as it should be. Every part of the house is big and roomy, with lots of different seating areas to lounge. We sleep 6 comfortably and offer a high-quality air mattress and enough room to sleep up to 8. You can expect quality conveniences like bed linens, bath towels, toiletries, a stocked kitchen and all the basics to feel at home on your vacation. We've got a beautiful outdoor space in front and back with comfy seating to enjoy a smoke and your morning or evening beverages. The clincher is the Beach Lodge's location right in the heart of Highlands NJ – the Jersey Shore’s best kept secret! There's something for everyone here and we're within walking distance of it all - the beach, shops, restaurants, and the Seastreak Ferry to NYC.

We are super Canna friendly and so is our town. There are edible makers, delivery services and coming soon in 2024, there will be a recreational dispensary just a 5 block walk. Also, the Smoke & Cigar on Rt 36 North 5 min away sells flower and 400mg edibles, and there's a retail dispensary about 30 minute drive right now https://ayrnewjersey.com/

True to the town's name, Highlands is very canna friendly. Sometime in 2024 a dispensary will open in town, approx a 5 block walk. There's a smoke shop about 5 min drive that sells flower and 400mg packs of edibles. There's also a delivery service I can provide and a dispensary within 25 minutes. Both neighbors on either side are canna -cool as is the general nature of the town.. You can walk to most of the bars, restaurants in shops in town and to the beaches. Highlands is also super dog friendly, so pups are welcome, bring your 'dog walkers' and I will give you plenty of great walks to toke around with your pup!

HOUSE RULES
-Please no smoking of any kind inside. Please smoke outside and safely distinguish and dispose. If the Property owner smells smoke or lingering odors inside the rental property, Guest will forfeit their entire security deposit and be charged separately for any additional amounts related to the cleanup of affected areas.- we are dog welcoming, we allow one well behaved house trained pup for an additional $25/night. Payment will be requested when you book your reservation. Your fur baby must always be leashed outside & pls pick up their waste. BYO bedding.-Guest making reservation must be over 25 years old to book -no third party bookings. Booking guest must also be verified and must provide a copy of a valid State issued photo ID. -Guest agrees that no more than 6 overnight guests unless agreed upon in advance and for an additional charge of $25 per guest/night with an absolute maximum of 8 guests. Exceeding the number of guests agreed and confirmed, may result in additional charges, denied access to the property or eviction without refund of any monies paid.- If during the post-stay inspection, the Property owner finds items missing or any damages not previously notified when guests check in, the cost of the repair, replacement or additional cleaning will be charged to guests.-No parties or events allowed– we are surrounded by friendly neighbors that live here year-round, please be respectful of them!-No matches or candles inside or outside; no bonfires, fireworks or other fire related activities are allowed at any time on property.-Do not rearrange furniture, hang anything or tape walls, and NO glitter!!!-We provide a pass to Sandy Hook Beach Memorial Day-Labor Day, guests will be charged $200 out of security deposit if pass is not returned.-We provide 3 adult bicycles with helmets & locks, guests will be charged $200 per bike out of security deposit if bike(s) are not returned in working condition.-Failure to observe the rules above may result in early termination of booking without issuance of refunds for nightly fees/deposits/taxes or any other paid amount, eviction from property, and/or additional charges if cost to repair damage is more than security deposit. - By accepting this reservation, you are agreeing to abide by our house rules and rental agreement. CANCELLATION
