Located in Southwest Denver only 15 minutes from downtown with easy access to Red Rocks Amphitheater and the Rocky Mountains. Dispensaries, breweries, and distilleries are abundant. The newly constructed Levitt Pavilion is within a short walking distance boasting over 50 free concerts each summer. Come check it out!
You're getting the entire main level to use during your stay. Accommodations include the living room with Alexa & SmartTV, kitchen, 2 bedroom/1 bath + patio and grill. I think the mountains are calling you!
My house is your house. Have a toke and relax. Use the kitchen, the patio, or any of the space to be as comfortable as possible. Pipes, dab rigs, joint and blunt rollers are available to borrow.
Cannabis smoking, dabbing, vaping, blunts, joints, and however else you like to consume is never a problem anywhere indoors or outside as long as you are mindful of your ashes and roaches, and are respectful of the house and neighbors. Smoking accessories and butane are provided!

Availability
Although the neighborhood itself is about 15 minutes from downtown Denver, there are many restaurants nearby as well as dispensaries and breweries. We also have Levitt Pavilion, which is about 5 blocks away and hosts over 50 free concerts each summer.

HOUSE RULES
- Cannabis friendly indoors and out - Cigarettes outdoors only. - No children or infants. No way. Extra charge for children/infants is $100 per child per night. -No pets. If you try and sneak a pet, the fee is $40 per night. - It is illegal to consume cannabis without a medical card if you are under 21 years old. -Quiet time between 11pm and 8am. -No parties. -If you break it, you buy it. -No firearms or weapons in the house. -Be honest in booking. If you book for a party of 4 or less and show up with a party of more than 4, expect to be charged $50 per person each night. -Visitors are allowed, but if your visitor sleeps over, then the above rule applies. -Check-in is after 2pm and check-out is promptly by 11am... additional charges of $20 per each 15 min after 11am may apply for late check-out without permission.
HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Guests will have privacy throughout their entire stay, however I may be at the house from time to time for maintenance purposes.
CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
Identification
Don't forget to bring your government issued, photo ID as your host may want to check it.

Children are not allowed. Sorry, not sorry. Leave the kids at home and enjoy a vacation in "The Mile High City" with your adult friends. If you try to sneak anyone under the age of 18 years old, there is a $100 per child, per night fee. That can get expensive. Wouldn't you prefer to spend that money at the dispensary?
