We are 420 friendly for those looking to relax and meditate and 15 minutes away from 3 beaches . 20 minutes to waterfalls. 20 minutes from Walmart. Many dining options nearby and food delivery options. Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. We are a very laid back. We like to enjoy life. We have traveled alot but Puerto Rico is our favorite place on Earth.
Availability
Very peaceful and private you can smoke outside in the fresh air anywhere on the 3 acres of land. Beautiful views of the mountains and ocean. There are many baker's close buy with breakfast and lunch everyday. Also many dining option very close by. BEACHES less that 15 minutes away waterfalls 20 minutes away . Walmart 20 minutes away.

HOUSE RULES
Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.No smoking inside the Hibnb. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property. No parties or events.No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people. $25 per night for additional people.Quiet time after 12 amNo eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.Keep a close eye on your kids on the surrounding land.No pets allowed.Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Hibnb.Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.

CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
