Vaping is allowed throughout the space and smoking is allowed for an additional surcharge of $50/hr.

About Your Host:
We're a creative studio that hosts a wide variety of events and productions in our space.With vintage and eclectic decor, we're the perfect space for your friends, family, or colleagues to gather.
Availability
Located in the Stockyards, we are nestled in the West End of Toronto. A hidden gem with two breweries in the building and another studio that can be added for additional space if necessary.

HOUSE RULES
Please ensure any guests smoking are using ash trays, it's important that no butts are left on the floor or put into plants.
HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Staff will be present to help you with whatever you may need during your time.Your booking time is inclusive of set up and tear down so make sure to book the time you need.
CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
Identification
Don't forget to bring your government issued, photo ID as your host may want to check it.

Our rental rates for events are custom but start around $1500, its important we understand the kind of event you'd like to host as well as the amount of guests so we can quote you appropriately.We would also need to understand the amount of staff needed so we can add that into the quote.
