Large backyard, concrete patio, and covered outdoor porch, for legal smoking of all types, and indoor separate smoking room during inclement weather for cannabis only. Arranegments can be made for indoor smoking throughout if needed.

We offer a venue for cannabis industry events on private property with indoor and outdoor smoking spaces. Suitable for three seasons at present, with garage venue in progress. (Note that the upper level contains occupied guest suites and is not accessible for commercial clients). Our global family is Dutch, Kenyan, Scottish, Kuwaiti, and may include visitors from anywhere on the planet on any given day. We welcome First Nations guests, and persons of all colours, genders, and orientations.

HOUSE RULES
Venue rental is for the day and evening - please specify anticipated setup start time. Event must be completed by midnight.
HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We will be there to welcome the client and assist in any setup if required. Note that guests of the upstairs suites will have access to the venue throughout the event.
CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.

Don't forget to bring your government issued, photo ID as your host may want to check it.
