Cottage attached to the main house that hosts are living. There is a shared pool and laundry room. Unit has 1 full bathroom, a bedroom with double bed and a mezzanine floor with 2 single beds and a full size day bed in living area. Kitchen fully equipped. Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, 6 seater dining table, separate work table with screen. Another 6 seater table at outside barbeque area.

19 kilometers out from the noise and business of the city. 20 kilometers away from airport. 1.8 kilometers to the beach. Walking distance shopping center with coffee and take away shops. Walking distance to public transport. Situated in very peaceful and quite area, that is why we do not allow parties but outdoor barbeque and smoking is welcome.

Check in time is between 14h00 till 22h00, exceptions may be done with prior arrangement, if flights delayed for later check in or if unit is available earlier check ins. Check in done by hosts in person.

CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
