One of Eugene's oldest houses, The Whiteaker River House has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a sky-loft, full kitchen, cafe-style dinning area, living room, game room , sauna and laundry area. There is on site parking for 5 compact vehicles and free over night parking on the street. Next door is Sladden Park with its tall Fir trees, play ground, disc golf baskets, tennis and basketball court. Within just blocks you can sample from dozens of recreational dispensaries that provide an insane variety of choices for both the intermediate and veteran cannabis enthusiasts. Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be required to verify yourself with SUPERHOG.

Eugene is distributed along either side of the Willamette river. There are 20 different dispensaries and 18 breweries inside 3 miles. A great many cafes, bakeries, wineries, restaurants and food trucks are just as close. You can walk or rent a bike or E scooter at any of the many convenient locations an explore for ages.
