No Smoking in the house, Small group of allowed to enjoy space up to 10pm. only 2 people allowed to overnight. Arrangements for additional will be considered on a case by case basis.Check out 11 am, must request late checkout and will be reviewed on a case by case basisLeave home as you found it. Dishes to be clean and garbage to be removed. NO BUTTS/OR ROACHES left on premise.There are tenants in the main floor suite, be considerate of noise after 10 pm
HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
