C’est une méthode simple et efficace qui vous permet de prendre votre santé en main en utilisant des balles en caoutchouc flexibles et adhérentes pour masser, pétrir et étirer vos muscles, réduire l’adhésion autour de vos articulations, vos bandes de tissus facials et vos tissus conjonctifs.

Un excellent moyen de regagner en confort dans votre corps après trop d’entraînement, des positions ou mouvements répétitifs pendant de longues périodes, assouplir des endroits plus tendus au niveau des avant-bras, biceps, arrière ou avant des cuisses et même autour des poignets et chevilles.

Workshop de 2 H :
Une pratique de 30 minutes de Yin combiné à de la méditation guidée sera offert à la fin du workshop pour profiter du bien-être de la séance

Apportez votre tapis de yoga vos baumes de CBD ou autre et une serviette pour essuyer huiles ou crèmes de votre tapis, une crème à base d’herbes sera partagée, nous fournissons les balles.

Cynthia is a user of medical cannabis for more than 8 years now but it wasn't until the beginning of 2018 that she decided to start taking an interest in Ganja Yoga, a type of yoga that combines a lot of meditation techniques, but also a knowledge of the plant that goes beyond recreational consumption. Wanting to deepen her teaching methods linking yoga and cannabis, she decided to take the Ganja Yoga training offered by Dee Dussault in Los Angeles. She has since been, more determined than ever, to offer courses, everywhere in Montreal, Canada and the surrounding area, in the form of workshops where subjects such as consumption by micro-dosing, cannabis use for daily stress management and how. creating an environment conducive to mediation, with or without cannabis use, are discussed. She enjoys creating conversations around the Plant medicine which she sees not only as a solution to several ailments, but also as tools to be incorporated into the stress management of today's citizens if used properly. She is more than grateful to be a part of this period of legalization and worldwide changements toward this plant medicine and is more interested than ever in sharing the benefits of this plant that has been used for millennia.
