arrive to our healing home garden, and enjoy a cup of tea and toke, take or taste your dose. tatami mats are provided for no shoes for bodies that stand to move, and space is available and accommodation can be made for wheelchairs or folks who need to be seated. our instructor breaks down through demonstration, honoring the body, mind and spirit, Yang style Tai chi, walking (or sitting) meditation, rhythm and breathing, spoken word exercises help to retrain the nervous system to relax and achieve a deep state of healing.

my husband Kampol and I are wellness and social change activists. we run a neighbourhood community healing bed and breakfast retreat and massage studio. Kampol is a certified massage therapist. I received an M.S. in Health Policy and Law USCF/Hastings after a successful career in non profit and philanthropy. in addition, we work on poverty intervention projects with Oakland activists and alliances to build health wealth and well being one neighborhood at a time.
