PUFF & POSE in Niagara-on-the-Lake – June 25th
Join us for a beautiful afternoon of group reiki therapy, relaxing yin-style yoga, meditation, and of course, cannabis!
Puff & Pose is BACK!! If you feel like you’ve been cooped up for too long and need to move again, now is the perfect time. Stevie is your High’Q Yogi who will help guide you through a yin-style yoga practice, meditation, and group reiki therapy. This class is accessible for all bodies and levels of experience, with cannabis or with yoga. Beginners are extra welcome, as this class is slow, mindful, and safe. Feel the flow and enjoy this event with a little extra puff.
Cannabis consumption is allowed & encouraged, however those not looking to consume are also welcome. A cannabis gift is included with the purchase of your ticket.
