This Large and well appointed 350sq ft Deluxe Double Queen Room with Balcony was designed around the original wood moldings, doors and light fixtures, with modern conveniences and sumptuous bedding added in. Walls are adorned with black-and-white photographs from the 1930s, by famed photographer Rebecca Lepkoff.
The Deluxe Double Queen room also features a large flat-screen TV with all premium channels & streaming; kitchenettes with all kitchen supplies, including refrigerators; induction stovetops and ample storage, Keurig coffee makers with accompaniments; and a large bathroom with tub and luxurious bath amenities.

To truly enjoy your vacation experience, please follow some of these essential rules! Should any of the rules below be violated, we may charge up to a $250 penalty fee from your $500 deposit. Due to safety regulations, parties and over-occupancy are prohibited. All visiting guests need to be approved by the host. There are noise, occupancy, and smoke sensors installed in the unit. For your privacy, these devices do not record audio or video. Unplugging any of the noise, occupancy, or smoke sensors is a violation of our rules. Noise levels must remain at a minimum during the quiet hours of 10 PM - 8 AM. Pets are welcome at the property but this is on a request basis only and may not be available for the dates of your stay - Please contact the hotel to check availability. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. If an item is damaged or stained upon arrival, please report it immediately. If not reported, any damaged or stained items after your departure can result in a fee. Unapproved late checkouts will result in a $100 late checkout fee. While we do not expect you to clean linen or towels upon departure, we ask that you leave the house in an organized and acceptable state. Our standards & expectations require that all guests provide notice of and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking with us. If prior notice of a secured weapon is not provided, the host may cancel the reservation without a refund. All weapons in a unit must be secured safely. Please note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo identification, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your identification, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
