This century old barn has been transformed to a home including multiple guest rooms, a gym, hot tub, salt water pool and so much more.

Five Star Ranch offers a year-round getaway in a beautiful country setting. Situated on a working farm, and surrounded by gardens, animals and beautiful forest, it is a perfect destination for seclusion and peace.

Cannabis can be enjoyed multiple areas around the farm. Sit under the pine trees, in the hammock, hot tub or pool deck.(We do ask for you to be respectful and ask if kids and families are at the pool).

The room is a one bedroom with a sliding door directly onto the pool deck. Enjoy the hot tub just steps from your room. It has a full size fridge, microwave, kettle, hotplate.

Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be required to verify yourself with SUPERHOG.

I am a fun loving adventurer and traveler. I Have started to wander to anywhere with a beach and great hiking in the winter. Chile for and Costa Rica are some of my favorites. I travel alone(but welcome friends), so much of my travel is in hostels. When I am not travelling I love being a host. The travelers come to me. I spend a great deal of time working, and am aiming to slow down a bit this summer and maybe have a smoke poolside with you sometime!

About the Neighbourhood

We are in the country, with a perfect twist. Just a 15 min drive in several directions and you are in the middle of theaters, restaurants, groceries. Oh my! There is also the Mustang! An old fashioned, one screen in the middle of a field kind of Drive In just 15 min away... Within a few km we have several great hiking options, one is directly across the road from the farm. Halton parks have 5 great spots within 20 min drive from us including one that has birds of prey, buffalo, petting zoo and more.The Mohawk Casino is also just around the corner from us. It has a standardbred racing and the Casino. Another great dining option. about a block away is an amazing place called Dar's Delights. Home made turtles, preserves, pies.... soo much delicious goodness. One block the opposite direction we have a gas station with a pretty fantastic LCBO selection and mini grocery store. Another station has pizza and ice cream. Just 8 min drive from the farm you are in the heart of Campbellville (dont blink) It has a country grocery store with great service. Several restaurants including The Trail Eatery, Riposte (fine dining), The Ice House and my personal fav Thai House.

Check in details When you arrive you will come in the driveway and stay the very far right where the driveway divides. The barn/house will be on your left now. Park to the right of the house minimum 1 parking space away as there is a tenant in the first space. Walk around to the back of the house(barn) to the pool area. The sliding glass door is your room and will be open, one of the benefits of being in the country. Your room key for the door into the Main house will be on the table as well as my phone number as texting is often faster to reach me. HOUSE RULES

Five Star Ranch House Rules1. - If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, party), please speak with us about it first. No events allowed without pre arranging and setting up agreements. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.2. Only Registered guests are allowed3. Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm4. PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. They should be put back where they came from. Please do not leave in the dishwasher or on the counter.5. Please acknowledge that, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.6. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. We keep compostable material in the freezer in compost bags7. Please dispose of the garbage, compost and recycling. Locations provided on check in.8. No Shoes inside the home please9. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. Smoking can be on pool deck, porch and near house. Absolutely no smoking near the barns, animals, we love them and want them safe. We are 420 friendly, just follow the same guidelines and enjoy.10. Damages to property will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb11. Turn lights off and heat/air down when away from unit to support our environment and keep costs down for everyone.12. No pets13. Do not use the premises for any illegal activity14. The fee for the lost key will be $2515. If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.16. Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home when I stay in Vancouver, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

I give my guests space but am available when neededThis is a working farm. So there is almost always someone on site. We will leave you to your privacy unless you want to mingle. Pool, hot tub, gym and ballroom area are shared spaces.

CANCELLATION

Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
