This waiver releases Spruce Tips, its owners, and staff from any responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during your stay.Minimum Stay: A minimum of a 2-night stay is required at Spruce Tips. This allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the serene surroundings and enjoy the benefits of the cannabis-friendly retreat.Fire Safety: In the event of a township fire ban or adverse fire conditions, Spruce Tips will notify guests to refrain from building fires on the property. Respect for fellow guests and the tranquility of the surroundings is greatly appreciated.Land Use and Garbage Disposal: Guests are expected to respect the land and follow responsible waste management practices. Please make use of designated garbage receptacles and recycling bins provided on the property. CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
