This is a bunkie in the middle of the woods and is completely off the grid. You have a private toilet in the woods. There is a community cantina where you can BBQ or cook over an open flame. There are trails in the woods to explore and walk down to the river. This is a space where you can completely disconnect and reconnect to your inner peace. Yoga classes are available with a certified yoga teacher.

The accommodations is nestled in the woods located in the ghost town of Napier. There is horseback riding 5 mins away at Texas Longhorn Ranch.

Please make use of designated garbage receptacles and recycling bins provided on the property. CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
