The house is a private 4:20 Friendly lower level suite located in a quiet neighbourhood with a keyless private entrance. There are two bedrooms. One has a single bed and the other has a Queen. They’re a cozy living room and a fully stocked kitchen. All you need is your groceries & ganja! There is a laundry room shared with the guests in the upper suite. Pet friendly for an additional fee.
Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be required to verify yourself with SUPERHOG.Smoking is Permitted
- There is no smoking inside but the property is 420 friendly. ( We have a fully fenced yard you can hang out & enjoy your preferred cannabis. )

I’m a hairdresser, mom of 2, dog mom & I love to travel! As a person who is on the cusp of Gen x and a millennial I grew up in a cannabis fearful world. Cannabis was thought of as a gateway drug & only “bad” people used it. It’s hard to find cozy, beautiful accommodations that are 4:20 friendly even today now that it is legal in Canada. I’m so happy to provide 5 star accommodation that you can feel safe to enjoy your cannabis of choice.
Availability
The Happy Hideaway is a 3 minute drive to the mall, it is on a quiet cul de sac. Walking distance to the off leash dog park. 2 minutes to the CN Center. There are cannabis stores absolutely everywhere in our city. There is no shortage of cannabis options. You can even have it delivered to your door!

HOUSE RULES
Smoking*Smoking/Vaping is not allowed in the house. We have a beautiful neighbourhood so if you need to go for a little walk or go outside to chill out in the backyard. Please use ashtray provided. The ashtray looks like a black post about 3 feet tall. If there is evidence of smoking inside you will be charged a $250 fee. Pets*Please use poop bags to pick up after your dog. The bags must be tied with a knot and then put in outdoor trash can. Prior to departure you must do a walk about in the yard to check for any poop. If your pet damages any of the property please notify us immediately. Parking*We have parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway on the left side. Laundry*The laundry room is downstairs. Watch your step. There are enough detergent pods and dryer sheets in the cupboard above the washing machine to get you started if you need more you will need to purchase your own. Please place pods into the wash with your clothes. Not into the liquids tray. When removing the laundry please leave washer door open to dry out. There is also a table top ironing board and an iron for your use. Garbage & Recycling*Please DO NOT leave garbage outsideWe have wild animals that are attracted to the garbage. There is a garbage/recycling bin outside the patio door. Please keep the strap on it to secure it from being knocked over by a bear. Inside you will find a garbage can and recycling bin under the kitchen sink. Wifi &TV*The smart tv is hooked up so that you can access your own Netflix or Prime account. There is also a DVD/blue ray player and complimentary dvds to watch. Mail*Please note there is no postal service available to this area for guest use. Patio door*Your main entrance and exit is the front door. You may use the patio door however if you lock it you will not have access to the code to go back inside through patio door. Your key code only works at the front door. Delivery Service*We can provide delivery service upon request. If you need groceries or personal items to be purchased for you prior to your arrival we are happy to do this for you. We can purchase your items after you supply a list and put it all away in the house for you. You will be charged for the amount of your items plus a delivery fee of $75. Payment of the delivery fee must be paid when the list is sent to us prior to us shopping. The fee for your items will be due at time of delivery. Payments should be paid by transfer which will be provided to you when you request this service.Dog Walking Services*We love dogs! We are happy to book your dogs for a daily walk during your stay. We know many guests stay in our Air BNB while working in town and it is a long day for your doggo to be stuck in their kennel. We will pick up your furry friend and bring them back tuckered out! We require you to provide treats for them for us to use for positive reinforcement during their walks. We will provide poop bags. Payment must be paid upon request of service. We accept e transfer or cash. $30-1/2hr or $50-1hr forest walk for one dog. Do you have a second dog? They are 1/2 price $15-1/2hr forest walk or $25/hr.Misc*If there is anything missing from the suite or if anything is not working perfectly please let me know. I strive to acquire a 5 star rating. CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
Identification
Don't forget to bring your government issued, photo ID as your host may want to check it.
PETS
The host allows for Pets at an extra cost.
